C'est chose faite en ce qui concerne l'une des plus anciennes machines de Caustic: la BeatBox, qui m'a inspiré ce plug-in. Etendue à 12 slots (contre 8 dans la beatbox originale), son comportement diffère quelque peu de l'original en ce sens que l'on ne peut y inclure de samples séparés, mais on peut y charger un kit complet. 6 kits sont livrés avec le plugin, dont l'un, ODMX, est en partie composé des samples originaux de Caustic, les autres étant des créations originales qui existent aussi en version Caustic 3.2. Chaque slot peut être routé vers un canal audio séparé (stéréo), une réverb est disponible sur le canal audio 1 (stéréo). Certains kits, comme Addicted, Brushcat et ODMX, sont multisamplés (différents samples selon la vélocité) pour plus de réalisme. D'autres ont une réverb incluse, qui se règle selon la longueur de note jouée.

Unzip in your VST folder (dll and .instrument must stay at the same level)
copy the file SK808.mse in the '.instruments' folder (Windows) or 'ressource' folder (Mac) where your plugin is located

Il va de soi que ces plug-ins sont fournis gracieusement sans garantie de fonctionnement et sans recours. Mais rassurez-vous ils ont été testés avec succès sous Win 7 et 10, dans Cubase, Reaper, Mutools, Live, VSThost. Par contre pas de test pour les version Mac ;-)
